|Keto ‘Oatmeal’ with Raspberries.|
If there was anything I missed during my first 90 days of Vegetarian Keto, it was cereal.
And as I was counting actual carbs, not net carbs, I couldn’t find a recipe that the carb numbers didn’t freak me out. (for an explanation of net carbs click here)
This week I’ve started to relax a bit more on the net carb situation and thought I’d give a Chia seed Oatmeal a try.
This is a variation on plenty of recipes floating around the web, based on what was in my cupboard.
Easy Keto ‘Oatmeal’ with Raspberries
Carbs: 21.4g or 6.4 net carbs
- 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
- 30ml cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of Stevia
- 1/2 cup of water (I prefer mine hot so add boiling water)
- 33g frozen raspberries.
